FUSION INTERN PROGRAMME

Future tech stars

Our Intern programme was created to change the dial in education, build student skills with industry experience, and speed up the process from learning to earning.

We start in our secondary schools, providing students with an opportunity to learn with technology and develop potential career pathways.  Through tech, we can spark ideas in a generation that will build our future world.

Find out how students can fast-track into a tech career, with skills and income equal to seasoned professionals

Why intern with Fusion?

By combining academic learning with on-the-job mentoring, our interns earn and learn their field twice as fast as the industry norm. By supplementing academic learning with us, students learn faster, are practising learned techniques and are at a higher skill level (and more employable) by graduation.

11 hours of paid experience per week
Support and guidance from a dedicated mentor
Work hours that fit in with your studies
A career pathway and job prospects after graduation

Fusion Interns

At Fusion, 15% of our staff are interns, and many of our permanent employees were once interns in the program. Meet some of our past and present interns.

Our programme is a practical response to a need for students from less privileged communities. Kids who do not have the same level of access to education.

We are actively changing the futures of our next generation, as well as the industry.

Andrew Gurr, Fusion CEO
